Adam Whitmire is the founder of The Whitmire Group LLC, a residential and commercial brokerage with over 15 years of real estate experience with strong focus on investment portfolio management and international real estate market development. From coordination of large commercial and residential acquisitions to Institutional foreign fund administration, Mr. Whitmire is highly valued for his market analysis, investments advisory and negotiation skills.

During his tenure with The Whitmire Group, Mr. Whitmire has sold hundreds of residential and commercial real estate assets to some of the most prestigious institutional and investment funds.

Mr. Patton, founder of Capital Realty Advisors, LLC, started his career as a land planner, designing large scale master plan projects throughout the world. Following that, a stint in the public sector working for local city planning departments honed Brian's skills in dealing with development and regulatory issues. After assembling his own real estate portfolio, he left the public sector and started his own commercial real estate brokerage firm in the Atlanta, Georgia area. He chronicled this career move in his book, "Mailbox Moo-la, How Real Estate Cash Cows Put Money in your Mailbox", which is sold on Amazon.com and other outlets. Most recently, he hosts an investment real estate radio show on WDUN, that's heard across the state of Georgia and the Southeastern United States. He utilizes these skills along with his CCIM designation, which came in 2002, to fully research and underwrite commercial investment deals for the firm's own portfolio and its clients.
